How long will it take to get my package?
Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received. If you order before 2:00pm EST your order will usually leave the same day. We will ship your order once payment is verified.
Canada delivery time is 1-3 business days in Ontario and Quebec, and 2-6 business days in Western and Eastern Canada.
Processing your order may take 1-5 business days.
The moment your item is picked up by Canada Post Xpresspost, we will email you the tracking information.
Please check your junk mail folder for tracking and invoice emails.
Order Status Legend
An order also has a Status. Order statuses let you know how far along the order is, starting with Pending and ending with Completed. The following order statuses are used:
- Pending payment – Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
- Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g., PayPal).
- Processing – Payment received (paid) and stock has been reduced; order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require processing, except those that only contain products which are both Virtual and Downloadable.
- Completed – Order fulfilled and complete – requires no further action.
- On-Hold – Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment.
- Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer – stock is increased, no further action required.
- Refunded – Refunded by an admin – no further action required.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to Canada.
How to Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
How do I update my shipping information on my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the updated address information and we can have that changed on our end. If the shipment has already been processed with the shipping carrier, we will have to redirect the package back to the sender and re-ship out your order.
How do I send a package to a friend/relative?
If you choose to send your order to a friend/relative as a gift, simply add your address to the billing address and then add in the recipient’s address into the shipping address. If you have any issues with shipping to another address that is different from yours, please email at us email@example.com
What shipping carriers do you use?
Firstly, it is recommended to take the tracking number given and visit the Canada Post website or FedEx website to input the tracking number into their system to see if there are any updates. If there is an issue with the shipment or the shipment requires an action before it can be shipped, this then needs to be dealt directly with Canada Post or FedEx. Is there a signature required for my delivery?
There is no signature required for your shipment. Orders will be shipped directly to the address given without further information being collected.
Do you offer pick-up or courier delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront that allows for customer pick-up, and we do not deal with private courier companies to ship.

How do I place an order?
Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed to the checkuout.
Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Go to Your Orders. Click Cancel Items. Note: Select the checkbox next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

I am missing an item in my order, what do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience of your missing product. Please email email@example.com with your order number and tell us the product you are missing. We will have the shipping team send out another package with the missing product.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tell us the product you received. We will then send you a shipping label via email to send back the incorrect product and in the meantime, have the correct product reshipped to you.
I did not receive my order. What happens next?
If you did not receive your order in the 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, you will need to email email@example.com with your order to find out the status of your order. If the order has not been shipped out, we will expedite the shipment to make sure you receive it in a timely manner.
I do not like the product, can I get a refund?
We apologize in advance if you have had a bad experience with one of the products purchased. CBD is not for everyone, and we understand that. Unfortunately, we do not take any product back for cross-contamination purposes, but we do honor refunds, or we can recommend a replacement product. Email pureorganix.co to initiate a refund.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for any unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

How to Send E-Transfer, Send Money directly from one bank account to another:
- Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money.
- Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
- Add or select a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address.
- Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message. Enter a security question and answer provided after checkout.
What Happens if There is a Pricing Error?
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, PureOrganix expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

How do I retrieve my password if I forgot it?
As long as you have access to the valid email address you’ve used to sign up, you can reset the password. Click on “Forgot my password” on the log in page, and we will send you a link to reset the password.

What Is CBD?
CBD is short for Cannabidiol, a naturally occurring chemical compound classified as a phytocannabinoid and found prominently in the hemp plant. Will CBD get me high?
No, CBD is entirely non-psychoactive. It does not result in the feelings of euphoria associated with ingesting THC from marijuana nor does it elicit any sensation of being “high” or “stoned.”
Do any of the CBD products contain THC?
Both Pure CBD and Broad Spectrum CBD products do not contain THC. CBD full-spectrum tinctures and other products contain less than 0.3% THC. This is trace amounts of THC, therefore, there is not enough to feel psychoactive effects.
Is CBD Safe?
Yes, taking CBD is proven to be completely safe and non-toxic assuming the hemp plant it is derived from is high quality and farmed with organic standards.
What is the difference between CBD and THC?
Both are chemical compounds found in the hemp and cannabis plant known as cannabinoids. The major difference between CBD and THC is its psychoactive effects. THC has psychoactive effects when consumed which can feel like tiredness or a ‘high’ feeling. CBD does not give that effect when taken.
